ORDERS & SHIPPING
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
- We offer domestic shipping within the US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and US Territories.
- We offer International shipping to Canada, Australia and New Zealand at this time only. Please note that we are not responsible for any fees associated with duties or import taxes since your order ships out from the US.
- We’re hoping to add more locations in the future as we grow! Send us a note on where we should ship next!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing times and fulfillment. We fulfill orders on business days only (Monday–Friday).
- Our warehouse is CLOSED over the weekends. All orders placed on the weekend will ship out the following business day.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
International orders are not eligible for free shipping. International shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited shipping options will be available at check out for domestic orders.
MY ORDER SHIPPED, NOW WHAT?
- Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep track of your package’s journey.
- Make sure our emails don’t go to your spam!
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
- If your order has been lost in transit (stuck at a certain location or not updating), please reach out via our contact form page or reply to any of your email confirmation emails.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we first recommend you check with the carrier and/or your local post office directly for assistance.
- We offer Route Shipping Insurance that we highly recommend adding to your order!
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered with packages once they have been marked “delivered” on the tracking link.
WHAT IS ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION?
- Route is our shipping insurance provider, you can add Route to your order for a small fee!
- Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen- they ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded. Claims for your order are usually reviewed 1-2 business days. To submit a claim, click here

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
- Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes.
